Keyboard shortcuts (accesskeys)
This practice is generally poorly implemented, little used and about to be abandoned by the different repositories in force, this site has no accesskeys. Keyboard navigation will be easily done using avoidance links, tab navigation and shortcuts offered by your browser.
Avoidance links
Menu placed from the beginning of the document, these links allow from the loading of the page to directly access the sought: contents, the general menu, the search engine, etc. without having to browse unwanted information.
These links facilitate access to the site for the disabled and especially the blind: they allow them to place themselves directly to the desired location.

Accessibility Policy
The accessibility of public services to people with disabilities is a necessity under Law No. 2005-102 of February 2005 on Equal Rights and Opportunities, Participation and Citizenship of Persons with Disabilities. Article 47 of the law specifies that the public online communication services of State services, local authorities and the public institutions that depend on them must be accessible to people with disabilities.
Consequently, we decided to apply on this site the recommendations of the General Accessibility Reference System for Administrations (RGAA).
The RGAA is based on the international standards in force and proposes a progressive deployment mode aiming at making the greatest number of public actors enter an accessibility approach.
