What is the ‘Bus Relais’?
In the event of partial or total service disruption on the tram network (due to maintenance, breakdown, etc.) Setram provides a replacement bus service - ‘Bus Relais’ - so you can continue your journey.
Online alerts and display boards and audio announcements at tram stops inform passengers about the replacement bus service.
Where is the replacement bus stop ?
Maps on display panels at tram stops will guide you to the replacement bus stop (follow the dotted blue line).
The replacement stop may be situated at a regular bus stop, or at a temporary stop signalled by a ‘Bus Relais’ sign like the one featured here:
During tramway maintenance
Every year, the tramway undergoes planned maintenance work to ensure your comfort and safety. A ‘Bus Relais’ timetable is put in place during the works. You can consult the timetable at the tram stop or the replacement bus stop.
